I appreciate very much Fujiwara San work and his efforts to keep a family tradition and creating excellent products! For me, his knifes are not just a knife, but a work of art that I want to have and use with the most care possible, so that my son and daughter can use with proud in the future.
I like the wood handle, as it looks more Japanese classic style.
I trust Fujiwara San and I am certain that he will deliver me excellent knives!
