The knives that you crafted for me are amazing. I never knew just how great they would be.
It feels like they are made for my hand. The Gyuto is perfectly fitted, weighted, balanced. The spine is perfect thickness. The kurouchi is beautiful.
I plan to round the spine slightly. I want to apply a kasumi finish to the primary bevel with a hamaguri grind. I feel that it is important to put my own skills into this knife.
I will treasure it for the rest of my life.
