I would just like to say how much I love cooking after being gifted one of your knives as an anniversary present from my partner. It has made every meal an absolute joy and pleasure to prepare, so thank you for making such beautiful knives.

I often find myself thinking of the words "the art in the way we do things..." when I am cutting with the knife. I know it doesn't make complete sense as a sentence but I think it is because it makes me feel like I am creating something special every time I use it.
