The fit and finish of the Denka Gyuto are nothing short of spectacular. The craftsmanship is impeccable, with every detail meticulously executed, from the razor-sharp edge to the flawless handle. I had requested photos of three different blades to choose from, and Fujiwara graciously accommodated my request, allowing me to pick the one that spoke to me most.

Just received my knife in record time! I ordered it on Oct 21st and received it on November 4th. The first and finish is absolutely stunning, as it should be for a knife at this price point. On performance, it cuts like a DREAM. I’m so happy with my purchase, the customer service staff were very responsive and super helpful. They catered to my needs and even sent me pictures of my knife once it was done. My experience with Fujiwara has been a solid 15/10. This is my first time buying from them but it’ll certainly won’t be my last. Highly HIGHLY recommended.

i am very happy with my Nakiri Denka. Happy enough to bring you three new customers.
I already have several knifes made of stainless and carbon steel. But if i would have to compare the Nakiri is my number one. From what i read aogami and especially the super should have been way harder to sharpen, but it was easy.
A knife that is very sharp, holds the edge for a long time, and is easy to sharpen.
What does a cooking enthusiast need more?

You didn't fulfill the order I made. I ordered the octagonal ebony handle with buffalo horn ferrule but I received the octagonal rosewood handle.

The denka line of knives are beyond sharp by far the sharpest knife I’ve ever used

Im VERY happy with my order and The result. I changed a few things along the way, one being going with Denka instead of Mab. Of course there were no problem and custom service were swift with the response and change of order.

210 mm denka were perfect and I use it everyday.
